Filed complaint against corruption but i"m being targeted

My father was service in Police department and his punish as compulsory retired by SP sir . My father has retired 6mon. ago. In police department make a fake bill of fuel which is filled in a police vehicle and he rises voice for it. But after he punishes they don;t give his retirement money and issue pension. we're live in the government house they give 6mon. only for a stay . They issue provisional pension which fulfilled house expenses . In my family member grandmother is heart pension and my father diabetic pension half of amount goes in medical exp. We also case fill in an HC in which they do not reply. In my father salary, they also deduct some amount because they said some additional amount is added by an accountant from 6yr ago but sir, Adl dir. of Department Commerce, Industry, and Employment they released the order do not take any amount from person in which amount is added in a/c and is takes from accountant and superiors who is finalised salary of employ.
