Filed A RTI In income tax office regarding the returns filed

I am a partner in a partnership firm at 50% share holder which is registered firm nFrom past 6 years I have not got any share of profit from the partnership firm,nIn which I have filed a suit for court receiver which is pending in court ,nI have filed a RTI Application In Income Tax Office For Providing Copies OF ITR filed in which they have denied stating that third party information can not be shared , nI have filed an appeal now the officer is stating I.e under what sec should he provide me information or I should find some relevant order available so that he can provide me details ….

Well, I need to see the RTI Application filed by you along with the answers to that RTI Application which you have got from the concerned Public Information Officer in the form of information asked for under the concerned sections of the RTI Act, 2005 to answer, that, what sections you should quote to that Public Information Officer, so that, he can disclose you the information asked for
