File PIL for Students leagel issue

My question is Govt employees and any other employee have Administrative Justice Board but Students dont have any such Administrative Justice Board if students get any leagel problem solving is very difficult like Suspend or Debar or Attendence orHall ticket in these issue solving bery difficult......Can i file students side file PIL in high court for Administrative Justice Board.

You can file no problem if injustice happened to any one and you must show the ground that will effect to public then your pil will stand in court ground and cause of action should be required then you can file

yes you can file a PIL or such petition mteigh court but the grievieance should first be made to principal q the institution and you should have castified copy with you. . If you had reieved a written reply it would be better cconfant meat prabhakaralawatgmail dotcom
