Few product were defective have bills what action can I take

I brought goods from a supplier even he brought some good from me we have exchanged bills, but few products I received were defected, we donot have agreement between us we onnly have bills what action can I take against him
You can file a civil suit on the basis of the bills issued by the supplier. You can file a case in the civil court to recover the amount of the defective products.
