Female employee transfer issue as spouse posted in other state

My spouse is posted in Ahmedabad zone, Gujarat in a PSU bank while I am posted at Lucknow. We have a 3 year old son and no one from our family could stay with them due to their health issues. I would like to know whether she can get transfer to our hometown so that duty and take care of children both can be done. She has been transferred under longest stay criteria from Lucknow zone to Ahmedabad zone and as per policy after June '2025 only she will be eligible for transfer back to Lucknow zone.

on the above mentioned query please send a representation to the office of your wife. then within 30 days , the officials will have to allow or reject the representation. thereafter you can proceed in court for that concern. you have only one option that you can only file a service writ for transfer on the ground that the husband reside in Lucknow, uttar pradesh and have 3 year old baby.
