Fees issue with college because I drop out of college

I dropout from college in 2nd year. I had taken a scholarship for tuition fees. But college is saying to repay the scholarship amout. But I am unable to pay the amout . Can college take legal action against me on this case? Can College send me or my parents to jail?

Well, the College Authority can sue you for not repaying the Scholarship Amount to the College. They will send you a legal notice first and then they may file Civil as well as the Criminal Case against you.
