Father wants me to send his rude recording to his inlaws

27-Aug-2023 (In Civil Law)
My father had asked me to record his message over phone and then to send it to my mother's family members of her Mayaka side that he does not want her to visit and see him in case if he dies. Because mother was low in character. So, will there be a legal implication if I pass this recorded message of my father to my mother's family members only. Say three of them.

Dear client,
You not record any messages and send these to where you want. These messages may also be used by others to prove you guilty. You father may be booked for threatening under Indian Penal Code.

Nothing happens. Only u will losse ur trust frm the home. You have to create balance in the family that no one gets hurt. Passing the message will not solve the issue . It will raise hate in each other heart.

Don't use your phone for sending any messages to anyone even if your father ask you do it.
Tell your father he can lend his own cell phone for sending any such message to his in laws if he so propose to do. He can send legal notice through a lawyer to them in this regard that will be best option to keep him safe from any legal implications when he's sending any derogatory messages to his in laws.

As you are just forwarding the message recorded at the instance of your father. Moreover, the contents of the message is not offensive or offending one as the same is just conveying of one's WILL to the other party, so it would have no legal implication for you or for your father.
