Father wants me to send his rude recording to his inlaws
27-Aug-2023 (In Civil Law)
My father had asked me to record his message over phone and then to send it to my mother's family members of her Mayaka side that he does not want her to visit and see him in case if he dies. Because mother was low in character. So, will there be a legal implication if I pass this recorded message of my father to my mother's family members only. Say three of them.
Don't use your phone for sending any messages to anyone even if your father ask you do it.
Tell your father he can lend his own cell phone for sending any such message to his in laws if he so propose to do. He can send legal notice through a lawyer to them in this regard that will be best option to keep him safe from any legal implications when he's sending any derogatory messages to his in laws.
