Father name correction in educational certificates

My fathers name is pawan jain in my 10th and 12th marksheet. but in all other documents of mine like adhaar card it is pawan kumar jain.My father is using ''pawan kumar jain" in all his documents. Should I change my fathers name in 10th and 12th marksheet or in my adhaar card and other documents??? Will it create any problem in future like for Document verification in government job , Passport making and for all other purposes . Kindly guide me .
dear client it's easy to change in your adhar card rather it's a long process of in both of your marksheet do tally them whether if required you can give an affidavit that he is the same person in his documents
