Father has a lot of debt how can I protect myself from paying his debt

Hi sir...I am male 23...my parents bonding is not so good.... My father married another women 10 years ago...she is planning to earn lot of money from my father.. He is taking so many loans.. And neglected about EMI.. My doubt if he not respond for any legal notice about loans... It will recover by me??how can I escape from this??even my mother also ready to divorce with him... Is this useful to me??I am scaring because of this..I am ready to get govt job near...please help me with your best advice sir...Thank you
In case of debt taken by your father, you will not be liable to pay the debt. In case where your father dies before paying his dues, all his debts will be recovered from the legal heirs who will inherit his properties.
