First you need to download the challan receipt from the government site. File a super Dari application in the court for release of bike then you have to pay the fine in the concerned court and can request the honourable court to reduce the fine . An action taken report from the police station needs to come before the court.

From the facts stated, the legality of the challan and impounding of the vehicle depends upon the specific violations mentioned in the challan. If the Registration Certificate (RC) of the vehicle expired in 2020 and was not renewed, the authorities may impose penalties under the Motor Vehicles Act and may also impound the vehicle in certain circumstances. However, if you were merely standing near the motorcycle and not actually driving it at the relevant time, that fact may be relevant to challenge some of the alleged violations. Obtain a copy of the challan and seizure/impounding memo, verify the sections invoked, and check whether the penalties have been correctly calculated. You may get the RC renewed, arrange valid insurance and other required documents, and apply for release of the vehicle before the competent authority. If the challan amount appears excessive or unjustified, you can contest it before the concerned Traffic Court/Magistrate. A detailed opinion can be given after examining the challan and related documents.

Hello. In this case, the challan will have to be filed before the concerned court. Once the matter is taken up by the court and the necessary legal formalities are completed, the court may issue appropriate directions regarding the release of the vehicle. Thereafter, based on the court’s orders, your vehicle can be released from the police station. It is advisable to comply with all procedural requirements and keep the relevant documents ready to avoid any unnecessary delay in the release process.

Your situation involves multiple traffic violations under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, including an expired Registration Certificate (RC) since 2020, no helmet, and no driving licence. The challan of ₹33,000 along with vehicle impoundment is legally permissible under the amended MV Act. However, there are legal ways to get the amount reduced. First, appear before the Traffic Court/Magistrate and contest the challan. The Magistrate has discretionary power to reduce penalties, especially for first-time offenders who show good faith by renewing documents promptly. Second, verify the challan breakup carefully — ₹33,000 seems excessive for these offences. If any fine head is incorrectly applied or duplicated, file a written objection before the traffic authority or Magistrate immediately. Third, compound the offence early — certain offences allow compounding at lower rates if settled quickly at RTO before the matter reaches court stage. Fourth, renew your RC immediately at your local RTO by submitting Form 25, valid insurance, PUC certificate, and applicable fees. Presenting renewed documents in court demonstrates good faith and Magistrates consider this favourably while deciding final penalty.

After paying the challan amount which are missing ie RC (that you told) only that amount will be paid. For this process an application will be moved before the court and after that court will order. Then only you can get your bike back. For filing the application you need an advocate for this
