Facing rent problem from my shop owner.

12-Jan-2023 (In Civil Law)

Since 22 years I was take a shop for rent . Last year my owner told to me you have to write an aggrement for 11 months. I was wrote the aggrement. One year completed.Now owner told to me have to leave the shop. Or you have to pay triple times rent to me.ow what can i do??

dear sir i gone through you case and ask time from your owner to get reloef and mean time you can approach court under tenants act and you will get the relief from court. in this view you have to approach a good lawyer for further course of action
