CAN WE FILE EXECUTION PETITION IN HIGH COURT SINCE LOCAL COURT IS TAKING TOO LONG TO PROCESS THE SAME?

hi you could file a petition in high court to expediete the hearing of the E.P and to decide the court to hear the matter as early as possible otherwise it would create lot of hardships and need to see the stage of E.P
