Error in 10th marksheet (Name and D.oB)

Hi, In my 10th marksheet completed at 1994 and its obvious we didnt had aadhar to update the D.o.B and education system at that time was not upto the mark, Now the issue is Name and D.o.B that must be changed in the marksheet so I would like to know the steps and procedures that need to be followed, as this lead to hold the passport application.

Hi you have to file a case before the court by making necessory party in the in the suit after filing the court notice will be issued to the opposite parties and after trail the court will give direction for correction.
