Encroachment on agricultural land by illegal activities

Respected Sir / Madam, Greetings for the Day! This is to inform you that I have got the Agriculture Land at post Wakad, Taluka Niphad, Dist Nashik. I would like to highlight that in my above said land a guy had constructed the Toilet etc without taking any consent from me being the land owner. Also for the said house he has not done the N.A. I shall be obliged if you could kindly let me know as to what is action to be taken. Also, the above said person has encroached in my land i.e. acquired the space in front of House, Space west side of the House & in Distribution letter there is no provision for way to go to house and come back as in another land he has acquired the space for putting the waste of animals etc. This is all above said illegal activities by the said guy. 1.DO YOU HAVE PROOF ABOVE GIVEN LAND AREA BELONGS TO YOU with registration in your name as Owner from regional authority such tahisil / collector office of regional area.
2.THAT REGIONAL OFFICIAL AUTHORITY SUCH AS regional authority:
1.taluka level 7/12.
E.c.t.
That is valid proof of land holder of area.
3.then complain in writing to regional magistrate of illegal trespass.
Or
4.illegal acquisition of agricultural land area regional collector office.
or
5.in civil court of law file plaint for illegal acquisition of agricultural land area and causing loss to agricultural property.
6.in civil court of law remedies will be given on filling :
1. Written apication for illegal land acquisition and damages of agricultural land area.
