Employment agreement with KamTech company {fraud online data entry }

If a have signed online agreement with company to work for 1 week and if not complete work i have to pay there free. So, can i cancel that agreement withing 2 days for stating agreement?

Yes , you can cancel the agreement in case it leads to frustration or you are unable to perform your part of the contract despite taking measures. However, the same has to be in writing. Kindly provide more details to assist you better.

That depends on the agreement. As the agreement signed is for a stipulated time period it is an executory contract. if there is a clause or the language in one of the clause of the agreement which can prove that the agreement can be nullified either on the ground of frustration or otherwise. that can be done. Lawyer's assistant is highly recommended.
