Employee at semi-govt aided inter-college

I am a teacher in a Govt aided inter-college ( semi govt institute)in Allahabad Uttar Pradesh. Is it legal for me to do swing trading and future and options trading in stock market?

yes you can be involved in any type of trading it is not even dis allowed are illegal actually but it should be in your time that is other than your employment time you cannot beliable for any at which you do the time other than your employment duration
