Eligibility to apply for bar council exam

Sir my brother has passed llb degree. He wanted to attend bar council exam buthe works in private school which is aided by govt. Can he attend the exam?
You can apply to take the All India Bar Examination only after you have enrolled as an advocate with a State Bar Council. in case they have passed the exam before 2005 then they need not give the bar council exam and can obtain the certificate directly
