eligibility for caste certificate

Hello,nI belong to General category - Hindu and my wife belongs to Scheduled Tribe - Hindu. I want to know what will be the caste of my daughter and is she eligible for a caste certificate?

Well, you have asked an interesting question for which, I need to dig SC and ST Act and then look at the definition of SCs and STs and have to look at the Eligibility Criteria for Caste Certificate too, that, it can be given to your Daughter or not
