Eligibility and process to organize an inter school maths competition

18-Sep-2023 (In Civil Law)
I am running a registered coaching centre in Noida. And I am looking forward to organizing an inter-school maths competition with the entry form fee of Rs. 100. Am I eligible to do so? I mean is it legal to collect money from the candidates just under the banner of the registration of my coaching?

Yes that is totally permissible under law. It does not amount to any scam or fraud or cheating provided you use the fee towards the purpose for which it has been taken and you have the competition or maths quiz for which entry fee is being collected

Yes it is legal to do so, there are no hurdles in it. Only a suggestion that you should keed a proze for the winning, runners up teams from the money you have collected as a registration fees. You are free to do it.
