E challan disposal ( Palam vihar Gurugram)

I am not able to pay challan of 500 INR online , it is giving message : "The challan is not sent to Virtual Court because of invalid mobile number. So challan will be disposed in the mentioned regular court." Is there any way I can pay it . This challan is very old dated: 2022-10-23 13:22:27 Let me know if there is any way.

You can simply go to the court and pay the fine on the given date and time. Judge might ask you the reason for not paying the challan at the virtual court. You can explain the reason accordingly. Do not forget to take ID with you.

It can only be paid in the regular court after putting up the disposal of challan application, copy of registration certificate, Aadhaar card etc. Also road number is also needed to know in which court your challan has been gone.
