Draft to Revoke NOC provided to a Trust to use registered address

04-Nov-2023 (In Civil Law)
Sir,nWe had given NoC to a trust to use our home address as registered address. I was also a member of the trust. For ethical reasons, i stepped down from the trust 1 year ago and had told them to delist my address as registered address but that has not been done by them. I need help to draft a letter that states i am revoking the NOC given earlier and wish to submit a copy of this letter with Registrar of trust office as well. Kindly advise.

If they are not listening to you then you can send them a legal notice and in that notice you can write either revoke my home address along with compensation or face legal action. And if want to go legal then you can always forward a written complaint to the police station of your area. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Firstly this requires the other parties to know that one of the members is not interested and is requesting to remove his address submitted before the concerned authorities at tue time of registration of the said trust. Thereafter you could write down to the concerned authority, therefore, at first there should be a written request or letter or notice to the other members in order to get ines address removed with their consent and wish.

I understand your concern. It's necessary for you to get a formal notice issued to the trust to stop such unethical and unauthorised conduct and simultaneously imposing some penalty on them. besides that a formal intimation has to be addressed to the Registrar of Trusts, so that unethical practise of the trust can be brought into the notice of the Registrar.
