DPC granted promotion withheld for one year noncommunicated Poor APAR

The matter is Promotion under ministry of commerce and Industry. My promotion was granted by DPC and withhold. I asked my promotion result, they replied after DPC result that your ACR/APAR one eyer poor, so with hold promotion. But this APAR was non communicated.nI gave three months in last one year representation that “ non-communicated ACRs should not be considered prejudice for promotion purposes of public servant” please release my promotion but office remains silence. Detaining my career.

You can always serve them a legal notice regarding your grievances and warn them to either stop all this harassment and also stop withholding your promotion or face legal action which will be at your own risk and time. If you wish to go legal then you can also approach the police station of your area. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
