Does domicile of a women change after marriage?

I am domicile of uttar pradesh and married to same state but different districts.does there is need to change my domicile certificate address?
You can get your marriage registered with the concerned authority of the place where the marriage was solemnized. If you want a certificate that helps you to prove or show that you are married to such and such person. If you are applying for any visa, passport, job, etc. But if you both are living in the same state then no need to make a change because Domicile is of a state.
