DOB change on passport/10th certificate

Hello Sir; I wanted some advice regarding changing the date of birth on my 10th certificate. My original DOB is oct (also on the birth certificate). However, my 10th class certificate and all other documents (aadhar, PAN, etc.) have DOB aug. But DOB on my passport is oct itself. I sent a request through the passport office, but it was rejected. Is there a way I can remove this discrepancy as early as possible, as I need my passport next summer.
Yes you can change your dob in your marksheet.. But before this you have to tell some basic things.. In which board you did your 10th? And in which year you did it? Where are you from...? These questions are very important to give you exact opinion.. Without it i can't give you best possible advice.. Because in some states this power gives to board it self and in some states District Court has this power and it gives appreciate order to the board to change in marksheet and in some states you have to move a writ petition in the high court.. In Rajasthan you have to move writ petition in high court
