A friend of mine has an expired passport in which her DOB and place of birth are both wrong. If she applies, for a new passport, can she change these two things?
Nowadays everything is online and the passport will also be issued by online mode only. To change the date/place of birth in the passport, you have to apply for a “Re–issue” of passport and get the specified change done in the personal particulars. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

hello client as i can see your issue is concerned in this matter as the dob and place of birth both are wrong in passport and passport got expired in this case it can not be possible directly by pasport authoriries this thing is out of there official capacity in this matter we can help you but for that we need to go through court tht is the only way by which it us possible .
