Whether a elected Corporation councillor be disqualified if found guilty of not disclosing property and Income Tax details while filing affidavit along with Nomination

Yes, suppression of facts that are required to be disclosed while filing nomination accompanied with a sworn affidavit amounts to criminal offence and the candidate is liable to be disqualified. If there is reasonable legal purpose for such non disclosure then the disqualified candidate can challenge his disqualification.
