Dispute with collector land, order for vacat

If the collector has issued the notice for vacant & also additional commissioner has ,issued the same, but person has not vacated & then were can the person get stay order from? And how many days it will take for stay order to pass. If going to high court/revenue court how much time would it take?

If you are jenune and within law than you can approach to High Court with all necessary documents.. You will be get stay emmidietly.. If you are not within law don't think about stay and all. For More detail you have to show you documents..
