Dispute In Property Ownership.

25-Oct-2023 (In Civil Law)
We are from Goa. Father married twice. Property purchased in father and 2nd mothers name. Entire consideration paid by father. As per goa uniform civil code, a man cannot marry twice unless divorce from 1st wife. Being muslims we accepted the. Second wife in family considering sharia law. Before expiring My father willed his entire share in the property to my 2nd mother. 2nd mother has quietly mutated rhe property without our knowledge and consent. We noe want to divide this property as per the muslim sharia law. We believe she will stake claim stating she is co owner 50% by virtue of sale deed amd balance my virtue of will. We however want to divide this property as per sharia law. In sale deed she is referred to as his wife.. And legally in goa her marriage is null. And void as my father did not divorce my mum. What law will be applicable here for division of property? , we are 4 sibling from 1st wife of my father. Sharia or otherwise for division of property and share of dicision.
