Different names in aadhar card and cbse

My mother name in aadhar card does not have suffix devi but in my cbse class 10th marksheet and admit card and cbse migration certificate it contains suffix devi.

You have to file civil suit before the civil court. Suit for declaration is the only remedy to correct your record. Civil suit will be filed against the concerned school and concerned board. The civil court has the power to correct your record.

you have to select one name and then to approach authority for change of the same after following due procedure for such changes in name. in case you find no alternative then you will have to approach Civil court by filing a civil suit
