Difference of surname spelling's in High school and intermediate marks

Dear sir My name is Amrit Srivastava .. in my 10th standard marksheet my name spelling is Amrit Srivastav and my father name spelling is Vinod Kumar Srivastav but in my 12th standard marksheet my name spelling are Amrit Srivastava and my father name spelling are Vinod Kumar Srivastava.. then till now my all I'd proof name spelling are Amrit Srivastava as per 12th standard..so sir it's additional a in surname from 10th marksheet could affect my carrier in Document verification for govt job or anywhere so sir before Filling any type of form which name should I registered ?? Did I used only My I'd proof not as per 10th standard marksheet name...?? Sir please guide me for my carrier... Sir I am very confused to fill the form of SSC,PSC,IAS etc... Sir please help me

Hello Mr. Amrit, I would like to suggest you to sign a self sworn Affidavit for the purpose and get the marksheet corrected. It is advisable to get marksheet corrected as soon as possible as in future very few examinations board will allow an extra document to be submitted apart from your marksheet.
