Denying permission to do plaster on another side

Neighbour is not allowing to let us do the plaster on neighbour side.During rainy season the wall get drenched and it is harming the wall from outer side .

If it's their house then you have to seek their permission. However you can go to the Court in suit of specific direction if there is any danger to you with regard to that wall which your neighbours are not allowing you to plaster.
