Denied entry in public gathering organized by gujarati community

Respected Adviser, I have been denied to enter the premises of a public gathering on the occasion of Navratri being organized by a gujrati comminity. Please advice me on the grounds of right to equality to file a case against the organizer. Incident took plaxe at Bhiwandi city of Thane district on 4th October, 2016.
For which ground they had denied your entry in that public gathering? Do they made any force to you or even by saying they had avoided you from entering in the public gathering. Their act amount to discrimination against you based on community.
