Demarcation of personal land by court

Sir, I have my land in gonda district of uttar pradesh. My Neighbours always come to fight wrongfully and cause panic. Please let me know the procedure and where should I go for this.

If they create trouble or fight loadge an FIR to your local police station and for demarcation of your land contact to DM office there they deposit some fee for proper measurement of your land

hello,
kindly give a representation to the SDM and tehsildar stating various facts relating to your land and submitting your land records. if they do not take any action then file a petition in the HC Lucknow bench.
also, give a complaint to the police and clearly state that the people come to your house and threaten you and they are a threat to peace and order of the locality. in case of any incident, the police would take this complaint into cognizance.
