delay of 9 months in FIR registered in 12/2018

FIR was made by JP nagar Police station on 26.12.2018 against 4 accused property financiers based on the recommendations of former DCP(south)Bangalore for charging exhorbitant interests and avoiding registration of disputed site in question., A criminal lawyer purchased the disputed site on 10.7.2018 knowing fully the dispute. He has already built 2 floors and construction activity is going on. Police are telling the accused persons are absconding. The criminal lawyer says he is perfect in all respects. Due to the inordinate delay by the police, I am put to mental agony. The lawyer is not bothered about this. What shall I do sir . kindly advise.

what is your position? are you purchaser of the plot or Financier? I can help you file a suit for specific Performance of contract or Suit for declaration and Injunction against any other person and get a title that you are the true owner of the property.
