first step is to send a legal notice for civil defemation. then you can proceed to file a suit in the high court and basis the compensation you are seeking, the court fees would defer. if you file the suit in person you would not bear any other costs. however, if you file the suit through the services of a legal attorney you would be required to pay the necessary court fees.
