Defamation by spreading false things in society

Kindly let me know in detail, the procedure to file a defamation case against people who spread wrong things in society about me damaging my reputation? Whether I should file a civil or criminal case?
firstly issues a notice to the party who is defaming you in the society with whatsoever verbal, written, spoken words etc.
once you issue the notice you can file defamation suit in HC on either the appellate side or the original side depending upon the circumstances of your case.

you can file defamation case into Civil Court as per jurisdiction ab that Court . but before the documentary evidence should be collected with you then and then you code file the case of definition in proper Court . to file the case all the requirement you have to need Hans please contact w i t h me immediately . there are some limitation to file this case . thanks I have to take the action earliest possible .
