Deal with noisy neighbour in a gated community

Hi,nnThe people staying above my floor make all sorts of noises through the day like throwing heavy items, banging doors, dragging furniture, hammering even late night and early morning. Their wardrobe opening and closing also creates a weird noise.nnI have already contacted my association but am not getting any help , they have asked me to call police.nnNeed two inputs here:n1. Will calling police be any real help.n2. If i sell my property do i need to disclose these issues to the buyer.

Hai. I will assist you with respect to the issue that you have raised. Calling police may help or may not help. it depends on case to case basis. it's not required to disclose if you sell. rather than police, you can issue legal notice also for more details fix an appointment with me through LawRato
