Dead end road near a private property is opened illegally by people and connected to other road. It was a closed road for many years from the start but few years ago some people illegally took out the wired fence and now it is disturbing the peace and making it conjusted. We want it to be a dead end again but I think some people from the neighborhood who don't even live near the end just for their comfortness won't let it close. Plz give me some advices which will definitely work

You will have to write to the authority asking them to close it mentioning the problems that the people in the vicinity are facing because of the road. You will have to follow it up with the authority to get it done.
