Constructing a floor on the third level is prohibited by law. If someone files a writ petition before the High Court, your constructed floor could face demolition. It is strongly advised against proceeding with construction, as your building's structural integrity was designed to accommodate only three floors. Adding two more floors risks compromising its stability and could lead to collapse.
