Daughter's right on father's self acquired Property

Does female heir (daughter) have equal right in her father's self acquired property if -the father died in 1982. No will. -mother died in 2002 -no partition suit is filed yet or pending -she's married before 1989 Father (owner of a property - self acquired) died. No will. Mother - died Son - alive daughter - alive Partition not done - till date suit not filed - till date Does the daughter have right on the property? if so, is it equal share?

In this case, your father dies without leaving a will. Hence as a daughter, you are entitled to an equal share in his property according to the Hindu Succession Act. I have a vast practice in that area you can seek my assistance in your matter.

according to the Hindu Succession Act 1956 is the class 1 legal hair along with the sun so if the property is self attitude by your own father then you have equal rights because it is not here coparcenary property or ancestral property Hindi circumstances you can find a partition suit when the other legal for denying your rights
