Date of Birth Change in my Passport

My date of birth in my Passport is 07/09/1991 as per Birth Certificate but in My class 10th Certificate and in all other documents like my Adhar Card, Pan Card, Driving License, EPF, ITR and in all my educational documents it is 30/04/1991. While issuing the passport in 2015 I submitted my Adhar card, Pan Card & 10th Certificate and I asked them to put 30/04/1991 as DOB in Passport but they didn't do that. Also i have obtained 1st class Magistrate affidavit to change the DOB in my passport according to my other documents. Now i want to change my DOB in my passport, please help me solve this issue. Currently i am in Bangalore but my native is in Kolkata West Bengal

okk you have show me your birth certificate your kuc documents like adhar card , pan card ,voter card , class 10 marksheet and 12 marksheet too as you have 1st Class Magistrate affidavit but paper publication is also needed what is your jurisdiction...
