CRPC 145 146 matter what to do

City majistrate rejected my ple for impleadment of 3rd party so i taken a revision to district judge which is still pending 2nd party also taken a revision on same court for dismissal of 145 on 04.02.17 court passed an order in the favour of city majistrate that prociding is right. On 07.04.17 city majistrate passed an order of possession in the favour of first party. I want that high court reject majistrate's order and allow me as third party. A civil suite on same property filled by first party on both of us in the year 2007 which is also pending in that case court accepted my possession and rejected stay of first party. Sir, i would like to know if there is any interim order pending of the Civil Court. Fo invoking powers under s145 crpc the magistrate has to be satisfied that there exists a dispute which is likely to cause breach if peace. Sir you should approach the High Court Under Section 482 CrPC and get th order if the Magistrate quashed there
