Criteria for inclusion in OBC NCL list

I am a central government employee (group B gazetted; initially recruited in group C and then promoted to group B) and earn approximately Rs. 7 Lacs per annum (6.5 lacs P.A in first year, 7 lacs PA in second and 8 lacs PA in third). Will my son be treated as OBC NCL candidate in national examinations ?
No your son will not be included in the OBC NCL as the income limit for the same is 6.0 Lacs per annum and that too when the parents are not gazetted officer. Thus, your son can not avail the benefits of OBC NCL. you also fall under group B of Gazatted officer
