Cousin not allowing to enter property which is on grandmothers name

Patrician suit in the high court is pending but lower court judge ment is my grandma Will is valid ,as we are the legalirs out of the house. Now we want to enjoy the will portion as per judgement, but our uncle son not allowed us to enter into the house Complaint about this issuei is in police station is pending Please guide us to enter as per law with out law and order issues

You can or may be deprived of your right to enter and enjoy the ownership of the property only and only if judgment of lower court has been stayed by the High Court. if the High COurt has not stayed it then you have no right to enter

In civil cases, appeal does not automatically operate as a stay on the lower court judgement. So, you have a legal right to enjoy the fruits of the lower court judgement. You may seek directions from the court to act upon the police station complaint.
