Court stay order issued - can directly join the post of Principal

20-Jan-2023 (In Civil Law)
I am the Principal of a Govt college. The GOvt transferred me on frivolous issue without notice or memo or conduct of enquiry. Court issued stay orders on the transfer. Can I directly join the post of Principal basing on the court stay order? or else Govt shall give posting orders again

you have to file writ in the high court against that order claiming it to be frivolous in nature and against the principal of natural justice. please share other documents so as to understand the facts better. feel free to contact if you wish to continue or have any doubts
