Sir, mere khilaf 2 criminal cases pending hai ek case me ipc 323, 504, 506 aur ek ipc 323, 506.New Passport ke liye kaise apply kare kripya margadarshan kare.

both cases are under trial or can final. have you convicted in any of case. if not then you can file for new passport since still you not fix guilty in any case. trial is not reason for guilty. for more information contact me.
