Court fees of succession certificate in a district court

My father had fixed deposits in a bank where he had not mentioned the name of the nominee,so I filed a case in the court for succession certificate. I want to know what is the court fees of succession certificate in a district court (barrackpore) for an amount of Rs 5 lakhs ? I am a hindu by religion.

the court fee should be within rupees twenty thousand approx and not more than that kindly refer to court fee act the best self solution one can ever get sounds weired but you will be self satisfied to move ahead succession certificate takes around a year to obtain

first of all you have to tell the exact amount which you are claiming and as you said that it is exact 5 lacs then the court fee might be around 32000 approximately. for more help you have to contact with me
