1. SIR WHAT ARE THE CHARGES FOR FILING A CIVIL SUIT AGAINST A PROPERTY WORTH 3 CR .( I HEARD THAT WE HAVE TO PAY 10% TO THE COURT } IS IT TRUE ?

Hi. Yes you are right but not ten percent. There is particular calculation which can be calculated. But tell me whether the property is at Bhubaneswar if so which. What is your relief you have or problem you have. You can contact me personally.

No 10% is not the proper Court fee to file a suit for immovable property . It depends upon the nature of the suit . For different types of suit the valuation of Court fee is different . To calculate the same please contact

Yes.You may file in the name of a eoman who is exempted to file any amount of court fees.You may take a power of attorney from her in case of neef.In every court there is a SR dept.Stamp reporting dept.plz clarify from dealing clerk
