Court Clerk not taking application of certified copy from party.

25-Feb-2023 (In Civil Law)
I am party to a civil case which was disposed of in 2006 in Additional Sessions court udgir. I had filed an application for certified copy of decree and all exhibit of that case. The court clerk is not taking my application and asking for lawyers signature on the application. The "section 41 of the Bombay Civil Courts Act, (Act XIV of 1869)" states that nn"A party to any proceeding may, on application on the prescribed Court fee, made to the Court having the custody of the record, obtain a certified copy of any judgment, order, deposition, memorandum of evidence, or any document filed in the said proceeding. The application may be made by the party himself or by his recognised agent or by his pleader or Advocate and may also be sent by post."nnHow and where can I file complaint against the court clerk for denying me the certified copy?

Well, you can file a Complaint against such Clerk before the concerned Judge where your case has been going on. Judge will issue the required orders to grant you the Certified Copy to the Registrar and as such, your copy will be issued.
