Court challan dated for next month how to get it now

I got challaned for not being able to produce the PUC certificate as it was expired and he challaned me for 1000rs and issued the court challan as i was not having sufficient amount. He gave me date one month after the challan date as he was saying that one month minimum time is given to produce in the court. is their any way i can get my license before one month as i am leaving delhi.
You see under which District court you have to go and ask the officer who gave you slip to represent at the time you go to court.
In the court you may request to the learned judge to hear you and if s/he is convinced, it will be solved.

The Challan which you have recieved will be sceduled for a date , which is mentioned in the Challan . It is also important that do ou have the valid PUC certificate ? If yes then , you can file an application with the concerned court (Having Jurisdiction , depending on the area where you were challaned)for early hearing.
